I carry over 17 years of combined experience in Operations & Logistic Management, Executive Administration, Licensed Property Management, and various Corporate & Wedding Event Planning. I am a woman of dedication and resilience with each opportunity that is presented my way. I have managed luxury properties across multiple states, was an Operations Director for a division of the largest Global Networking Company, and have been on prestigious teams that maintain multi-million dollar accounts in asset management. Behind every person is the story of how they evolved into who they are today. My work history explains why I am proficient in logistics, processes, procedures, and experience in administration. However, above and beyond that my character is what helps set me apart. I pride myself in my ability to take initiative, holding a high standard for myself and those around me, having integrity in every aspect of my life personally and professionally.
When asking others to describe me through their eyes they've used words such as; capable, perseverance, self-sufficient, honest, straight-forward, confident, vivacious, and independent. Being able to create a life where I'm fully present in both my personal and professional life, is my dream come true. I left the corporate world to allow myself to fully embrace the balance of being a wife, mom, a business owner, a daughter, a granddaughter, and a friend. Giving myself the freedom to contribute my time to my family, my friends, and my community wasn't always easy when working inside the corporate box of 8 am - 6 pm and having to commute. Allowing myself to properly serve clients, contribute to my home, and have time to take care of myself was the courageous dream I'm proud to say I've accomplished. Not only has this allowed me the opportunity to enjoy a work-life balance, but also allows each team member I hire to embrace the same.
